J. Lo set to produce Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego movie

Walden Media, a children's film production company, recently acquired the film rights to Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?.
Walden Media is best known for producing movies like The Chronicles of Narnia, The City of Ember and Journey to the Center of the Earth. Building on its past success in turning popular kid's stories into blockbuster films, the production company purchased the rights to Carmen Sandiego's story in hopes that the movie would be as big a hit as her previous endeavors in the world of television and video games. Although news of the V.I.L.E. villain's potential film career is hot off the presses, it appears that at least one major starlet has already jumped aboard the project.
Jennifer Lopez has signed up to be the producer of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?, the feature-length film, reports the media outlet. While her role behind the scenes is the only one that has been confirmed, rumor has it that she may star as the supervillain herself once the movie begins filming.
