Activity Instructions
Kids design a French public notice poster.
Estimated time: 15-20 minutes
Materials needed: Art supplies, French dictionary, Internet access
Kids create a French public notice describing the stolen Magna Carta to help Carmen get it back.
- Have kids work in groups of three to create a poster-size ad in French about the Magna Carta that VILE stole.
- In each group, have kids work on a sketch of the missing object, a description in French of what it looks like, and an explanation of why it’s valuable.
- Have different groups post their final notices in the classroom.
